Sharma KSK Lachu spent nearly a decade in Australia before returning to Malaysia in 2008. During his time in Sydney, he worked for some of the largest HR consulting and technology firms and was in charge of state-of-the-art HR technologies and integrations in the space of talent measurement.

In his 16 years of experience in the industry, he has had the opportunity to work on HR technology projects in Australia, New Zealand, UK, Ireland, Germany, Singapore, Malaysia Indonesia and Thailand. Leaving his role as a senior consultant in Sydney, Sharma Lachu, founded Accendo Technologies and moved back to Malaysia as he recognised a market opportunity to help build organizational capability in this region. Since then, Sharma has driven Accendo forward with the mission to widen the use of data science in organizations. Jan Lambrechts is the CEO and founder EPITOME (formerly CXS International), a workforce-analytics company focused on preparing workforces for the Fourth Industrial Revolution and supporting the new norm of technology enabled learning and working. He has had a 20-year entrepreneurial career spanning five continents and was one of the early enablers of cloud (server-based) computing for enterprises in the late 90s for MNCs. Jan also co-founded a commercial cloud storage platform in mid 2000s.

During the day Jaco is an Executive Director and the Head of Cyber at KPMG Malaysia, and have more than 15 years’ experience in Cyber Security for Operational Technology / Industrial Control Systems and Information Technology. He enjoys helping organizations to safeguard their computing infrastructures (office and industrial control domains) against an ever increasing global cyber threat landscape. He specializes in the Energy and Natural Resources Industry, with deep expertise in other Critical National Infrastructure Sectors. I also have a broader exposure to a number of other industries like the Financial Services Sector.

At night, Jaco is also a Finding Fellow and the Asia Pacific Chapter President for the (CS)2AI (Control System Cyber Security Association International). (CS)2AI is the premier global not for profit workforce development organization supporting professionals of all levels charged with securing control systems. When he can, he loves traveling and exploring new places. He use to enjoy sporting activities like golf, cricket, hiking, etc. However, now he found joy in spending sleepless nights with his fairly newly born son, Charlie. Together they strategize on new ways to take the fight to cyber criminals.

As the Managing Director for IDC ASEAN, Sudev directs the overall operations of the ASEAN country offices' development, sales, consulting, as well as marketing, and works alongside local and global organizations' C-level executives in their aspirations in developing robust plans and strategies for both emerging countries.Having previously led IDC’s Southeast Asia Consulting group, Sudev has brought that rich experience in the country level by providing advice and thought leadership to CEOs, country heads, and chief strategy officers (CSOs).

Aditya is currently working at PureSoftware as the Sales Director for the APAC region, where he is helping the company deliver value to its customers through digital technology implementations. He has been a digital technology advocate for over a decade. Before joining PureSoftware, Aditya led the Malaysia and Indonesia business as a Country Manager for Automation Anywhere, a global leader in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI technology.

During his extensive career, Aditya has acted in multiple roles, from working in Mumbai at Servion, a services organization that focused on delivering Customer Experience Management (CEM) solutions, to moving to Malaysia in 2014 and championing in generating new business for Servion in the region.

Kerry is the CEO and driving force behind the Global Sourcing Association (GSA), a membership-focused organization whose mission is to grow the reach and the positive reputation of the sourcing industry globally through the development and dissemination of best practices, the distribution of standards and qualifications, and the publication and sharing of learning from across the industry.

Dang Tin Wai is the Head of Business Development of Cyngus Technologies Sdn Bhd with over 10 years of business development and solution sales experience.

Solution projects delivered successfully by him include various contact centre management systems and chatbot solutions spanning across a wide array of industries from financial services to healthcare. With a proven track record in channel sales management, his experience also includes channel partner recruitment, channel sales planning and pipeline management.

Tin Wai has executed projects and served multinational clients in the Asean region. Prior to joining Cyngus Technologies, he was leading the project management team of a national patient registry system under the Ministry of Health of Malaysia and has implemented 8 patient registry modules over a period of 3 years.

Ray has more than 23 years of experience in journalism, strategic marketing and crisis and issues response. He is a sought after Reputation and Influence Strategist for international brands, local conglomerates and CEOs

He has conducted over 100 spokesperson and crisis trainings, messaging workshops and talks in Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore.

He was appointed as CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) of the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) in October 2019 and Senior Vice President of Investment and Brand in December 2020 overlooking a 110 person team. Tengku Shahrizam is Cisco Cybersecurity architect and business development leader in Malaysia. In his role, he represents Cisco as the main spokesperson for Cybersecurity, including the area of awareness, consultancy & solution development. He is an active security practitioner with more than 19 years of experience. Graduate in Industrial Electronics, he continued to pursue his interest in Information Technology and specializing in Cybersecurity. Eric is the Head of Cloud, Security & Infrastructure Services (CSI 1) Business Division for Hitachi Sunway Information Systems Sdn Bhd (“Hitachi Sunway”). Calvin Ng, Regional Manager, is responsible for sales and account management in Malaysia and Thailand.

He started his career as a Network Engineer for Philip Morris Malaysia. He then moved into software support for inventory and Point of Sale (POS) systems and subsequently moved into management and maintenance of IT infrastructure. Prior to joining Blancco, Calvin provided consultancy services for implementation, project management and training for POS systems in Oracle. Continuously building on his computer software and IT experience, he now provides consultancy and advisory on best practices for Data Sanitization in Blancco.

Calvin graduated in Computer Science from Taylor's College, South Australia. He also obtained a CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification.

Paul Tsang has more than 20 years of experience specializing in security infrastructure design, IT risk assessment, Cloud security, and data loss prevention strategy.

With over 11 years of experience in McAfee, Paul has been working closely with customers around Greater China regions. Paul is specialized on data protection technologies from device-to-cloud like Endpoint DLP / CASB / SASE Framework. He has been working as the endpoint specialist for the Asia regions. He provides expertise advice on threats and association with different frameworks such as MITRE / NIST. Prior to joining McAfee, Paul was employed by US cybersecurity vendors as presale consultant and KPMG as the assistant manager. He played a key role in the IT security advisory services specialized in technology risk management, technical security assessment and IT audit advisory.

Mr. Tsang is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He holds a Master of Science and a bachelor’s degree of Engineering from the University of Hong Kong

Victor Chu joined Kaspersky as the Head of Systems Engineering for South East Asia (SEA) region, bringing with him 19 years of ICT industry experience. He is tasked to lead pre-sales and consultative technical direction and roadmap in the area of enterprise cybersecurity which enable organizations to build maturity in solving the challenges of managing security risks and operations.

Ting Yu is the Head of Consulting for Powerware Systems Sdn. Bhd., a leading Digital Infrastructure Consultancy, Design and Build Provider in the country. Ting Yu graduated from University College London with a MEng Electronic and Electrical Engineering undergraduate master’s degree. Ting Yu is also an Uptime Institute Accredited Tier Designer (ATD) as well as a Certified TIA 942-B Design Consultant. He has been a key contributor in various other national technology roadmaps and frameworks in the areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cyber Security, IoT, Green Technology, Technology Foresight, Interoperability, and others. He is an Adjunct Professor at International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and member of Industrial Advisory Panels at several other universities. He also holds several associate positions at PIKOM, MQA, Department of Standards/SIRIM and others.

Dr. Dzahar is passionate about technology and aspires to contribute towards the nation’s Digital Economy initiative.

Mr. Stan Singh holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from UK and he has attended various series of Management Strategic Courses over the last 23 years. He has 38 years experience in IT Management, and 25 years in Business Management at the transaction, operations and corporate management levels. His business exposure & experience spans a variety of industries, including Hotel & Properties, Retail & Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Stock Broking, Properties, Finance & Airport Management Systems. He was also actively involved in the Outsourcing & Managed Services evaluation & implementation initiatives in United Kingdom & Malaysia and Process Re- engineering and equally stands in as a Coach for new business set-ups for the Government Cradle Funding Program. He has so far coached 22 companies.

In the IT industry, Mr. Singh’s experience covers a very broad area: from System Integration & Application Design to Developing Application Specifications, Programming, Project Management, Systems Installation & Implementation, User & Corporate Training and IT Consultation, IT Governance, Business Continuity Management, Knowledge Management & IT & Business Security Management. He also holds workshops for C-Levels Executives

Apart from all the of the above, Mr Singh is also involved in the development pf the Enterprise Architecture, Customer Analytics, Predictive Analytics, Cloud Computing & BigData, Internet Of Things and eCommerce initiatives providing consulting and technical know-how to organisations in various industries, but more specifically in Retail.

Alex Liew is the Treasurer at PIKOM, The National ICT Association of Malaysia. In PIKOM, he was the Chair for PIKOM Cybersecurity Chapter, now serving as an Advisor for the chapter. He is also the Deputy Chairman of ICT for 6 years and now Deputy Chairman of Automation, Robotics and ICT in Master Builders Association Malaysia. He is a co-founder and Executive Director of Glocomp Systems. With 20 years experience in the industry, he has been crucial in GLOCOMP Systems, reconnecting with and staying connected to the private sector marketplace in Malaysia. He has also played a major role in leading the private sector sales team in securing major ICT projects from various vertical industries. He has experience engaging with different sectors such as government, utilities, FSI, education, etc, He is also in various engagement with Cybersecurity Malaysia, ISC2 in collaboration between PIKOM and the industry.

Alex Liew graduated from University of Malaya, Malaysia, with a degree of Arts.

Ms Nathwani is the Chief Information Officer at Prince Court Medical Centre, a prestigious private hospital located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this position she is responsible for all aspects of ICT operations, carries the operating and capital budget for all ICT expenditure, and additionally drives the ICT strategy for the facility.

She has over 27 years experience in healthcare IT, both in the public and private healthcare sectors. She is recognized as a pioneer in healthcare ICT implementations in Malaysia, successfully many firsts in the country, including the first fully paperless hospital.

Outside of her professional career, Ms Nathwani serves of the Executive Committee of the PIKOM CIO Chapter (PCC), where she is the current chairperson. PCC’s aim is to be the voice of the Tech Industry to the end-user community. It comprises the CIOs/IT Heads of 170 member companies from large corporations across diverse industries. She is also an advisor on the PIKOM Executive Committee. (PIKOM is the National ICT Association of Malaysia.
